A: Ampic Studios has been in business since 2005, and is located in the United States.

Q: How do you determine how much my design costs?
A: Some services are available as packages which include a certain number of concept drafts and revisions to finish one of those drafts. The package prices are based on the typical amount of time it would take me to do that type of project. Work beyond what's included in the package is charged at an hourly rate, as is any work for which there is no package available.

Q: How will I communicate with you?
A: Typically, communication is done through e-mail, Instagram Message, or through the built in online communication on whichever platform you hired me on.

Q: Which types of payment do you accept?
A: If hired outside of a specific platform: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, Money Orders in USD, and Checks in USD. If hired through a platform, payment is accepted via that platform and their policies.

Q: What happens if I change my mind after work has already begun?
A: When you hire a designer, you're hiring a temporary employee. If you change your mind, you still need to pay that employee for their time. So contact me as soon as possible if you've decided work should stop. You'll be sent an invoice for however much time I've already put in.

Q: Do you charge a retainer for long term projects?
A: No, except in very unusual cases with an extremely large workload. Reasonable updates to your small business website or a catalog, for example, would not require a retainer fee.
